1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the branch-osprey.com website (hereinafter: "Service") and the provision of services by electronic means.
2. The owner and administrator of the Service is branch-osprey with its registered office at ul. Reformacka 12/4, 31-012 Kraków (hereinafter: "Service Provider").
3. Use of the Service means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions are adopted:

3. Services are educational and developmental in nature. They do not constitute a form of psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.

2. To use the Service, a device with internet access and a web browser are required.
3. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and good practices.
4. It is prohibited to:
1. Ordering a service takes place by filling out the application Form.
2. Upon receipt of the application, the Service Provider contacts the User to confirm details and arrange a date.
3. The agreement is concluded when the order is confirmed by both parties.
4. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide the service in case of justified doubts regarding its feasibility.
1. Prices of services given in the Service are gross prices expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
2. Payment is made by bank transfer to the Service Provider's bank account or by another agreed method.
3. The payment deadline is 7 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
4. The Service Provider issues VAT invoices at the User's request.
1. Individual sessions take place at the Service Provider's office or online, according to the User's choice.
2. Group workshops and transformational retreats take place on dates and locations specified in the offer.
3. The User undertakes to arrive punctually for the scheduled meeting.
4. The content of sessions and workshops is confidential. The Service Provider does not disclose information provided by the User to third parties.
1. The User may cancel or reschedule an individual session free of charge, by informing the Service Provider at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
2. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Service Provider has the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service price.
3. Withdrawal from participation in a group workshop or transformational retreat is subject to the following conditions:
1. The User has the right to file a complaint regarding the services provided.
2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to [email protected] or in writing to the Service Provider's registered office address.
3. The complaint should include a description of the problem and the User's contact details.
4. The Service Provider will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
1. A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with the User's express consent.
3. A declaration of withdrawal can be submitted electronically or in writing.
1. Content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, photos, and training materials, is protected by copyright.
2. Copying, distributing, or using materials without the Service Provider's consent is prohibited.
3. The User receives the right to use training materials solely for personal use.
1. The Service Provider makes every effort to provide services at the highest level.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

1. The administrator of Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy and in the GDPR information.
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
2. Users will be informed about changes by publishing a new version of the Terms and Conditions on the Service.
3. Changes come into force 14 days from the date of publication.
1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. Any disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
3. The Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of publication on the Service.
